The most technically sophisticated grade offered by us . NXG is impervious to virtually all pressroom chemicals with high resistance against Ozone, UV and thermal degradation with unmatched mechanical and physical properties. Mechanical advantages are high stiffness , resilience , low compression set, high abrasion resistance and lower thermal coefficient.

Recommended for offset Dampening and Inking rollers for both UV and Combination systems, CTP rollers, flexographic printing rollers and high abrasion applications.

Available in conventional (black) and combination (light grey) specifications.


How does ULTIMA and NXG differ from combi grades ?

- Increased chemical and oil resistance - This helps in protection against various pressroom chemicals, cleaning agents and harsher concentrated inks which in turn negates any possibility of  swelling and resistance

- Increased toughness, abrasion resistance, high modulus of  rigidity and tear resistance - This broad improvement in physical stability allows the roller covering to tolerate increased number of wash cycles with harsher UV cleaning solutions without any degradation of rubber surface.

- Increased dimensional stability also helps in maintaining stiffness and dimensional stability under the hardness variance that is native to UV printing.

- Reduced thermal coefficient that deters heat build up  in the rollers during printing . Additionally , it improves dimensional stability.


Our UV friendly grades accommodate the wetting characteristics of both conventional inks perfectly without any smudging and formation of undesired ink. These highly desirable ink/paper interaction characteristics are unaffected by isopropanol to water ratio,including IPA free printing.

With the combination variant of Ultima and NXG grade , EPDM adjacent performance in UV printing is added to the already exceptional performance of Ultima conventional and NXG conventional grades.
