Premier is the last step towards a more complex and sophisticated roll covering.  With rubber chemistry fundamentally different from our Endura grade, Premier has an intrinsically discreet performance profile which gives it a different scope of use .

Premier has higher chemical stability which makes it more resistant to other chemicals and has some basic level of UV resistance . There is also a marked increase in its physical toughness and rigidity while achieving a much lower compression, increased tensile strength and improved flex characteristics . A lower thermal coefficient allows the roller train to run slightly cooler and the lower heat build up gives Premier better protection against thermal and oxidative degradation. All these improved characteristics give it a more predictable and improved hardness stability.

The enhanced chemical and physical stability allows premier to have a very basic , but functional UV printing capabilities only slightly inferior to our dedicated combi rollers. This very basic UV resistance along with its high physical and chemical parameters make Premier a highly economical option .
